Building on what was learned in Ballet Purple, the number of steps and accountability for attendance, retained technical knowledge, and maintained physical control are expected. Turns/ pirouettes are introduced, and steps are combined to form combinations. 5th position is now used, and turn out is a necessity to continue with the combinations given. Proper alignment is taught and encouraged via combinations both at the barre and in center. These dancers should be fully focused in class and aware of proper ballet etiquette.
BALLET BLUE ATTIRE

Leotard, skirt, and hair accessory will be provided on the first day of class (as long as dancer is registered 2 weeks prior). Families will be charged $22 for ballet attire two weeks prior to classes.

Ballet shoes - parents are responsible for purchasing pink LEATHER split sole ballet shoes, any brand.
